one of the other doorman was getting punched by 3 guys so I ran and stepped in between him and them. That's where I got the first punch in the face.

so I pushed one of them to the ground, and while I was punching the other guy, his friend punched me at the same fucking place than the first punch.

after that my body got up so the 3 guys ran away and kept insulting us, so  I ran after one of them (they ran in 3 different direction) and I beat the shit out of him

my friend got another one and the 3rd guy got in his car.

the punches behind the head were received 20 minutes before that, when those fuckers got in a fight inside and tried hitting other dudes with beer bottle
fuck I hate this job, can't wait to stop doing that shit

Why didn`t you just call the police?  You have no legal authority anyways and you cannot touch anyone.  In the United States if a bouncer gets physical with anyone,  he WILL go to jail provided the other person goes downtown and files a complaint or if the police arrive and decide to enforce the law.
