I saw this yesterday and was wondering what was taking the CT brigade so long to post it. They're doing some serious damage control on this.

The FBI said today that a WMD attack on American soil is 100% likely to happen.

I read that on FR today. 

I'm sure we will have the  "Its our fault" brigade out in force when babies are dying of radiation, cities made uninhabitable, etc.

I view these events more in terms of incompetence and almost criminal level of negligence more than anything. 

I'm the same way with 911 events.
