Frank was is his early 60's when he was a consultant with that company. THE BEEF called it to the attention of THE BEEF's gym and they bought a Hoist smith-machine.

Fantastic product.

Funny how Frank was known as a heavy user of roids back in the day, was one of the first guy to inject bodyparts. Yet hes still fit and healthy at the age of 68, just lucky I guess.  :)

didnt work for scott, lol seen pics of Larry in the 60's? poster boy for bloat, high bp, moon face

also arnie & franco didnt rely, nor go through major transformations on orals at all...

also, no disrespect, the guy knew his stuff, but Gironda's success at training & transforming Makkawwy, Howorth, Scott, etc wasnt due to vince's knowledge of glandulars, special exercises, or half&half diets, the guys were going to him for guru advice on aas prep, makkawwy was known to go from nothing (small, tiny, skinny-fat) to contest ready in weeks, it wasnt just the double split, 4 side to a muscle, tweak the elbow, push out the hips, bend the knees, little variants... gironda was the chad of his day
