and the funy thing is,,,the fella is 8% there lol crazy eh? this is 8% my friends,,not 9 and not 10 it is 8% you got that right,,he is in shape only water baloon like any other profesional and the fat is held in diff places due to severe abuse of insulin that make the fat from withinnnn the muscle,,this is what 8% with water look like,,you see abs? so body fat doensnt always go by how many abs you see and how blurr or not blurr they are,,it go by skin tecture,,and by solidfy of physiqe,,by hardness of physiqe from within and by how solid one look ,,especially when on chemicals ,,this is good lesson learned for my pupils 8% does not have to have abs showing cut ane clear,,it can be blurred and only line show when flexed ,,and over all mid seperation that is also not completely clear cut,,
