Yep, healthy now as any man approaching 50, looks younger now than a lot of todays pro's

Any recent pics of him? do you know what his typical stack was? guy is one of my favs too

Im going to the British Pro show next month so hopefully he will be there and I can talk to him

ive heard he's very healthy, down to a weight of around 16st,,, he was an ex para, heard he does alot of running etc still

shouldnt have wasted time in nabba, couldve done serious damage in ifbb, when he eventually came round to ifbb in early 90's, had put on more size, lost the lines and hardness, got a bit of a gut, still phenomenal arms though

in late 80's through to 91, would've been contender to win any pro show and top 3 at mr o for sure - at the exact bodyweight and condition he had in 1990

I met him in person in 95. Was about 280 lbs and in shape. You had to see him as pics don't do him justice. He is also a tallish guy at 6'1" I believe.

Yeah hes over 6ft apparently, he either owns a gym or works in one now somewhere in England I heard
And regarding his 'soft' glutes, they werent at all fat
