I red recently that there is a virtual psychic network between muscle cells and optic nerves alas when you see machines and cables it signals the muscle to not grow as much as when your sight recognizes free weights only.

This is a scientific fact BTW. Care to comment ?

is it the same experiment that shows the olystic proprieties inserted in compound moviments are 2030442% more effective than the isolated ones?

True! It's also proven that lifting a 100 kg barbell in a dirty, dungeon-type hardcore gym is much more efficient than doing the same in a high-tech fitness centre!
