Over taxation, federal reserve, overregulation, horrendous business climate for industrial businesses, tort and class action lawsuits, runaway medical and college costs, and absurd property taxes.

Slapper nailed it on the head. The economy is in bad shape because businesses have been making more money over the span of the last 40 or so years.  ::)

I see that the extravagantly intricate chart you posted makes allowances for inflation and other economic factors that have evolved over time as well. Why didn't you post a chart outlining how benefits and wages have increased over the same period of time for workers? I guess that would turn your already shit argument to diarrhea.
