guy looked stacked compared to other films ive seen him in (no homo). what you guys reckon and what he use??

He has a personal trainer, personal chef and all the time in the world to lift and recuperate. we would all look 5000% better under the same circumstances.  i doubt he was on anything, but who knows

No, he did not juice.  I remember an interview from the early ninties with him talking about ICOPRO.  That stuff was the the bomb until they banned it.
