Lots of luck. I know the area somewhat well. Just off the freeway I believe. Just wondering about parking for your members and visitors. Pretty busy streets around there. I'll be around 36th & Vermont in a couple of weeks, and than maybe city college, which is close by. Going west on Melrose anyway, so may drop by.

Don't know by maybe" Hunter" will draw in paying members, who are usually teenage or twenty something young guys. It is a business after all. Though I might have gone for Duke or Bad-to-the-Bone or something like that as a handle. If your a good teacher, with a good rep, than the names not that important .Get a couple of Asian hotties to work for you, part time or something like that. Guy's love that. Couple of good fighting schools already in West LA/Hollywood but in East Hollywood I doubt it..

Met Fred Dryer a couple of times, nice guy. Never know, by looking at him, that he was a top defensive end for the old LA Rams years ago. Played at SDSU. Pro Bowl & Super Bowl player.

For what it's worth, this fella does seem to be a legitimately good fighter and teacher. But he also has has a splendidly awful, eye abusing writing style that he uses everywhere:)-
