I havent seen any pro bodybuilders to this type of move just with their hands - pretty incredible.
 Even Chris Cormier and Dennis James behind me in the press pit were very impressed.

Looks pretty agile for a guy his size (no homo). Most pros run out of steam just hitting a pose (or even freeze up).
