Wow great 'Athletes' pro bodybuilders are  ;D

Why in the hell would Jay a 4 time Mr O need training advice from a guy who looks like ur typical mexican gardener?

 hahahahhaha I saw him at the Flex show in the front rows near the press seating. The first thing I thought was this guy must be doing maintanance here.

i didnt realise that BB meant that you had to be able to lift loads of weights and be impressive in body weight movements...

last time i checked, they didnt do a bweight round in judging...

if usain bolt couldnt out rep joe schmoe in chinups would you tell him hes a pathetic athlete?

This fridge of man gets out of breath from taking part in a conversation ffs.

This fridge type individual shares an  identical personality profile to that of an 'anorexic woman.'  Yes, same mentality, same functionality.  Maybe directly opposing in appearance but manifestly identical in mindset.

Yes, the sport and athletes as we see them, are just pathetic drug freaks.   No wonder they have zero respect in the wider community.

There is a youtube out there showing Jay talking with 2 waitresses in a Starbucks. 

Long story short;   The waitresses can be seen laughing embarrassingly behind there hands as Jay plants his substancial ass in a seat. 

Anyway, the said girl, sense something 'is on'  -alerted by the fact  that a schmoe is filming Jay.

One the girls asks: 'Who are you, are you famous or something?'

Jay responds in his monotone voice:  'I am Mr Olympia'.

The girl retorts:  'What's that?'

Jay responds with a sneering smirk:  'I'm Mr. Olympia, you know like Arnold.'

The girls then chuckle in a disgustingly curious way and walk away.

It's disappointing that mr olympia can't do a chin-up.   Body weight movements should be simple for such an advanced lifter.   I wonder how many push ups he could do?

Bodybuilding is not very appaling to the main public, but that doesn't mean that i want to look like Justin Bieber because the girls like him more than a bodybuilder.
