c'mon clowns! Jay won't do "full reps" because of avoiding injuries plus he only wants to work his back - not biceps etc.

He pulls there solely by back muscles... doing it all the way up, he would just deploy biceps... which again is not the purpose here.

Damn meso78, you can do reps with 100 pounds added round yo waist? That's DAMN IMPRESSIVE man! I'm trying to get back to doing reps wit 50 pounds added, although I seem to be stuck at 30 pounds at the moment :(

Why does he even bother doing those?  ???

Almost like he did it to purposely aggravate himself.

Jay is +300 lbs,not easy for him to do chin-ups.
If you guys(200lbs) add 100lbs around your waist and count how many reps you can do?

 ::)

If I weighed more than I do I would hope that some of the weight was from bigger biceps and back which would allow me to do the same number of reps that I can now.

I always though chins were called as such because you bring your chin level with the bar - why are these guys in the videos only bringing their foreheads in line with the bar - seems a bit lazy no?

Further evidence to support how ineffective his physique has become.

This fridge of man gets out of breath from taking part in a conversation ffs.

This fridge type individual shares an  identical personality profile to that of an 'anorexic woman.'  Yes, same mentality, same functionality.  Maybe directly opposing in appearance but manifestly identical in mindset.

Yes, the sport and athletes as we see them, are just pathetic drug freaks.   No wonder they have zero respect in the wider community.

This video is further evidence as to why we are witnessing a decline in bodybuiding enthusiasts.

This steroided lump of lard can't even do one clean chin-up....lol

And then to watch him walk away with his lats flared like some Neandethallic retard....well, that is something to behold.

Further proof that lean, sharp, clean and functional muscle is the ideal....women lust after it and it just feels good to achieve natural-results 'without' going down this pathetic and lazy-minded-drug path.

Agree.  Jay comes across as really immature, under-developed emotionally.

Hence, the dress sense (backwards base ball cap etc.), the pseudo gangsta speech and that ridiculous swagger of his.....aka 'an all drugs swagger'.

The most 'unfunctional' human being on the planet.....everything 'not' to aspire to. lol.
