arms injection

anyone do biceps inject? how the F you do it, i shooted my arms for the first time llast night, 1.5ml in each biceps+triceps, test+deca, triceps hurt not to bad, just normal little gear pain, but the biceps, what the hell, cannot extend my arms lol.. arms are 1/2 an inch bigger than yesterday but i cant even move them lmao..had to skip the gym tonight

bend arm at 90 degrees and lay the forearm  on something in front of you.

find your  peak. that is where you pin. you know the rest. pin slow as there are nerves there but you will feel it when getting close. 1"-1.25" is deep enough.

shouldnt hurt.

I get the same soreness when injecting arms...i did them before working arms...the next day when you wake up you should experience some soreness.

when ive been on a long extended one shot per day run eventualy i give in and start shooting biceps, no doubt about it, it does hurt and swell... probly why ive never played with synthol yet, couldnt bring me self to shoot daily in them

Try shooting calves instead of biceps. Calves are pretty simple if you shoot high and outside.

it doesnt really hurt when doing the injection or right after, its some hours later...
now my arms look brutally syntholed lmao... swelled and red..still have trouble moving them and cant flex biceps at all lolll
