Impossible to stay as cut at a higher muscle level, i think Jay has done pretty well hey

Muscle Maturity also makes it hard, some things get better, some you can't get to be the same as they were.

Looks great in those pics. I think Ronnie is to blame for Jay going after size at the cost of everything else, since he was bigger than everyone else and Jay had to keep growing, to beat him at his own game.

He's bigger now, but looks like a big lump of muscle and not as impressive as he was in the older pics.

20 years of drug abuse cannot be good no matter how you spin it. It definitely paid off, but hearing jay talk about how terrible he felt prepping for last years Olympia makes one wonder how close he was to death or some serious health issues.

I know some will say luck, genetics, he'll likely live to 80, but we'll see.

all you fella need to do is ask yourself the folowing question ,,

how come COACH from this boarding,,been in it over 30 years taller than liar priest and have maybe 17 inch arm while liar priest is 2-3 inch shorter.. and has 21 inches offseason 22 inches,,, do you have in your right mind the idea how much 5 inch of muscle is on arm? and you nto talking about some fella that been lifting and bodybuild a year it is 30 year....liar priest still same condition as coach and will preent arm that is atleast 4 inch bigger HOW COME ? genetic? remember he is 2 inch shorter and present 4 inch biger arm,,genetics has nothing to do with it,,if it was 17 and 18 inch maybe,,

the diff is....that coach never done SEO,,never done the gh and insulin to the degree of liar priest,,that! what got liar priest the extra 4 inches...

liar priest if taken offffff gh and insulin even now,,,and has no seo in arm ....the arms will mesure maybe MAYBE 17 inch and that 17-18 inch will hold but due to bloofiness and higher bodyfat,,
