Whats your daily diet?
I'll keep this thread upated for sure, don't know when the pics will come in but surely soon enough.
my diet is like this at the moment.
Monday trough Friday:
meal 1: 16 egg whites
Meal 2: 60gr protein
Meal3: 300 gr lean ground beef with veggies like brocoli or celeri sticks.
meal4: 200gr lean ground beef with 4 slices of ezekiel bread (I make myself some kind of hamburgers)
TRAIN
meal 5: 60 gr protein with a 100gr carbo drink
meal6: either 2 tuna cans, or another protein shake depending if I am hungry or not
Saturday: I eat whatever I want, I try to only eat 4 meals tho since those are complete shit meals (pizza, fries, whatever I want).
I am not sure when I will cut back on the saturday cheat day, probably when I'll add the insulin since I might eat more carbs the rest of the week.
don't know yet it's a big experiment this year
