lets hope not for the sake of all top ISPs and top military and defense contractors in America...a CCIE is more like Dr House...a diagnostician for large networks...solving problems that would leave most network/electrical engineers baffled

now you might insist on not believing that...but i can do nothing to change your belief system

most if not all senior network engineers are CCIEs at the top ISP level...infact..good luck getting such a position without a CCIE# in hand...

lets put it this way....i've had students in my CCNP classes that already have a masters in IT from uni of Maryland...take that for whatever it means...

You lot have two neighbours: Mexico and Canada. And you owe noone nothing, in fact you think you won the last world war.

Whereas: Britain once sailed and owned the world: US, Canada, Australia, Africa, India etc. Plus all the little strategic countries in between. I'm doing World History in the last 100 years, okay, WWI plus WWII. So then we had to give it all back and grant everyone citizenship and give them a passport, okay?

I kinda like Mexicans (don't actually know any, but), I dislike many if not most eastern Europeans. Since the EU convention, all Europeans may live and work here and many do not care to respect our way of life.

As with Africans. But I kinda like the Indians.

It's difficult here, this is just a little tiny island, totally overrun, whereas you have a huge new country. I'm surprised that you don't understand our situation with you having so few neighbours, both of whom are lovely...

Your situation is Britain's chickens coming home to roost...
Most island countries tend to have a "lil man's complex" as they try to go out and dominate the world---Britain's problem was that they lacked the man power and resources to keep this going. Japan, they met a roadblock in WWII, but due to the US agreement, they became a technological powerhouse. Jamaica is the same way in terms of music, and the way many Jamaicans carry themselves...

You what? Hello? Britain Spain Portgual and France built ships and discovered America and Australia and etc. That was in the 1700's? I'm doing history 101 for you in one paragraph, okay? Then centuries later Germany went bonkers (1914-18 and again in 1939-45). And if you think Jamaica is in any way comparable to Britain, you've probably only ever been to NYC once, Chicago twice and Atlantic City on holiday. Then you saved up and travelled abroad to Jamaica?

the first cowboys, if that is what you want to call them were of Latin descent, the hats come from them...

Latin gangs are just that...drunken-ness, well, if I were to break it down, Latinos from Central America and Mexico tend to have the drinking thing, they don't touch drugs too much---alcohol is the drug of choice---that is if they do it...But, you are sorely misguided in your thought process
