Imagine guys like Ronnie,Marcus, Cormier,Nasser,kevin,Flex,Shawn looking like this in their mid 50's !

They could only wish to look like Beckles. He had great biceps peak with the split. He is still in Cali and alive.

Joe Roark had given a very strong case to Albert Beckles having a birth date of 1938 and not 1930. Apparently, the date on his passport looked like 1930 because the bottom half of the 8 was not legible or otherwise erased. That would still make him 48 years old in the clip above and 53 by the time of his last IFBB win at the 1991 Niagara Falls Grand Prix.

I believe the free market anti-semite is right here. Whereas most lie about their age as being younger, Beckles realized he could market himself better being older. Still, very, very impressive.

Albert Beckles is awesome! Seriously cool guy, and a wicked sense of humor. He was just judging at the IFBB Flex Pro show here in Santa Monica, and still trains people hard at Gold's Gym North Hollywood.

I heard in 2005 he was using the 125 dumbbells for flat bench at age 66-67. Not sure if that is the case but it was from a respected member on mayhem at the time.
