12:00- 12:30 Introduction: Guts and Determination: Dorian Yates and Rich Gaspari
The training session are meant to be highly interactive. I want you to leave the seminar with several different training philosophies. What one pro says may not be the same as another. My purpose of planning this is for it to be informative and for you to walk away with real knowledge that you learned something new.
12:30-3:00
There will be 5 stations when you get to Bev's. Chest, Back, Legs, Arms, and Shoulder. When you get to Bev's you will be given a number which corresponds to which station you will go to. Each group will get 30 minutes to interact with the pro about each body part. For example, when you get to the back station you can ask Dorian how to do an undergrip bent row properly or ask Branch Warren how he positions his legs during squats. Whatever you want to ask..the floor is yours!! You will have each one of the pros talking about how they do each body part.

3:30-4:00 How to Pose Properly Judges Bev Francis and Rich Gaspari The purpose of this is to hear from the judges in regards to posing. What are the most common mistakes bodybuilders make during posing? What makes a good posing routine? What are judges looking for?
