I know its the #3453243 thread about "what did you eat today" but i find it pretty interesting to see what you beasts are eating on a daily basis.

I had some oatmeal cheese and eggs for breakfast.  I'm now having a PBJ and some broccoli.

Breakfast i had 100 oats and 10 eggwhites
A cup of coffee
Before training i had some brown rice with chicken breast burgers made by me.
After the workout i had 100grms oats and eggwhites.
A cup of coffee.
1 large pizza Pizza.
2 small cakes
in a few hours im going to sleep.


I feel like Fatpanda right now.  :-X

breakfast: blueberry pie, vanilla sauce, rice, chick peas, chocolate pudding

next
lunch: vanilla sauce, lentils, buck wheat/rice


din-din: buck wheat/rice, vanilla sauce, lentils


later: blueberry pie, vanilla sauce


repeat last meal x amount of times for nice recovery.

I didn't train today, so today I've had so far:

Breakfast
oatmeal with half fat milk, protein shake, three slices of wholemeal toast, cup of tea, and a banana

Lunch
Chicken fajita wrap and MRP drink

Mid afternoon snack
200g chicken with basmati rice

In a moment
200g fish (no carbs)

1 scoop whey
Blend it all, out the door in 5 minutes. Get up and go kinda day.

3/4 cup of oats
1 apple
~1oz walnuts


Chopped up the apple and walnuts, put it in the oatmeal with some cinnamon and splenda.... fuckin killed it bro...

8oz chicken breast
10oz broccolli
1/3 cup nuts
1tsp coconut oil

next meal post train

1scoop waxy maize
14 egg whites
1 green pepper

meals 4-5 same as 1-2

meal 6

10 egg whites/ 3 whole omega 3 eggs
1 green pepper

Breakfast: Ham egg and cheese on an everything bagel.
              Boston cream doughnut.
              Large coffee
              All courtesy of the local Dunkin Donuts!!

Lunch:   8 oz of sirloin tips
            6 oz grilled chicken breast
            1 large sweet potato
            Salad loaded with eggs and chick pease....and some hot ass peppers

Dinner:  Who the fuck knows.

One meal so far:
5 eggs scrambled with cheese, a bagel, grilled potatoes, cream chipped beef over biscuts, a belgian waffle, a bowl of applesauce and some coffee.
