Breakfast: 45g oatmeal mixed with 6 eggwhites and water, 1 glass orange juice, 1 cup of green tea, 2 ts fish oil, 1 multivitamin

Meal 2: Chicken breast and some walnuts

Meal 3: Chicken breast, a salad, 2 ts Udos choice

Meal 4: 100g tunafish and some walnuts

Meal 5: 1 apple, 30g proteinshake

*Training*

PWO: 5 rice cakes, 50g proteinshake

Meal 6: 1 chicken breast and a bowl with broccoli





Im dieting btw, but shouldnt be too hard to figure out. :)

Really? I'm a lifetime natural as well, and I pretty much eat whatever I want, as long as I don't over-eat (ie sitting at mcdonalds 5 times a day lol) and I'm currently sitting @ sub-8 ;D Although I will say that sugary sweets aren't a very wise food choice, at least in my case, but everything else is fair game (ie french fries, pizzas, cheeseburgers, etc). It's my experience that if you train nearly every single day, and train VERY HARD, then this causes bio-chemical changes within your body which basically gives you the "license to sin" (ie eat whatever you like) this has been my experience at least... But if you don't train VERY HARD nearly every single day, then you can't get away with eating whatever you want while staying very lean.

Yeah but that 200lbs is on my 5'8 frame, naturally. So for me to stay looking good I need to eat incredibly clean with only 2 cheat meals a week.

it doesnt mater what you eat friends,,get it in your head,,if not try to be 4% and want to be 6-7%....you can practicaly eat anything you like within the ratios,,for example this can be your diet for the typical americano,,

wake up all carton egg whotes,,2-3 bars of fruit and grain ,,2 bananase,,2-4 small pine apple juice,,maybe even some cube of godive chokolatos

meal 2...some sushi of choice

meal 3...either one morre eggwhote carton the all damn thing and some more bananes/bar or some sub

meal 4 after gym... 5 guys of your choice of their burger with fries

meal 5 ...some gril chiken or steak or eggwhote again or some cotege cheze zero % and if still hungry some carbs of your choice

gh15 approved



diet doesnt even need to be that complicated

2-3 meals per day, a bunch of protein at each meal, calories when you feel yo need it. very simple. anything else is bullshit.

Lets see your picture again you fat perma bulker. Quite giving advices on shit you don't know anything about. Let us see a pic of you dieted down if you really know what you're a talking about. I can't stand know it alls. You look like shit people give you to much credit. You eat shit all day on grams of deca or whatever the hell your on and your a big bloated mess. No quality muscle. You just stuff your face and think because your on tons of gear it must be packing on muscle. It's just a big waste of time and money. You think ohh I will bulk for another couple of years get really big and diet down. It doesn't work that way. Your just gonna get fat have high blood pressure a bad heart.

I know what I'm talking about because I was the same way. I would eat like shit whatever I wanted on top of a lot of test. I looked like shit. Big fat face big fat head. Girls didn't like that shit I looked like water logged and fat. My friends who didn't juice looked better. This last year I started watch what I eat diet hard lots of cardio low test higher anabolics I look so much better. No more high blood pressure because of all of that extra water retention that shit is bad for your heart to have that extra water rentetion all the time. I'm 6'0 215 but I look like good and healthy. I get far more compliments. People say I wouldn't fuck with you or they go out of there way to kiss your ass.

Nice I just ate a double cheeseburger from wendys, large fry and a smoothie. Played volleyball with a bunch of hot chicks from work for about 3 hours didn't have anything to eat at home. I took my shirt off and one of the girls said "wow I didn't know you had all of that under your scrubs" made me feel really special lol.

fantastic fantastic post!! I tried the same exact thing. Lots of time I gave up dieting and said Im gonna bulk on lots of drugs and eat whatever I want. Well suprise suprise...after few months I looked at myself in the mirror and HATED the way my face looked. Girls wouldnt give me a second look. Figured I could just bulk for 3 years on a shitload of drugs, diet down for 8 weeks and be a freak one day...lol. But the thing is that it NEVER works like that ever ever. Maybe in theory it does, but 9 out of 10 times guys end up dissapointed.(from what I have seen) If only it were that easy I would do it. I mean if someone said I have to walk around a fatass on tons of drugs bloated red for three years, to diet down and look like Kevin levrone I would do it of course :D but most guys end up loosing the muscle dieting down anyways. I lived the life of a permabulker and it is misrable existance. Nothing worse than woman knowing you as "the jacked guy with the butterface" from being fat bloated with chipmunk cheeks.

If I was not using insulin and on gh there is no way I would be eating this healthy but on anadrol and test and slin clean diet is MUST without gh! Also protein must be high with insulin use in order to do the magic.

I disagree. My life is so boring I need to only cheat once a week so I have something to look forward to every Sunday :-X
Try eating cake or chocolate or Wendy's every day...no longer becomes special anymore. Food can be one of the most amazing things in life so you must use it wisely.  Not to mention the health benenfits of homecooked food and vegetables. I get the best of both worlds..in moderation without hurting my health. Not to mention high fructose cornsyrup is in everything these days which is horrible for you so I rarely eat out. My cheat meals are simple. A chocolate bar, pizza from whole foods, some icecream and I enjoy it more than anyone.

Anapolon=flin's best friend for dieting :P

Nowadays Im bloated in the face...holidays, at my parents house...you know gooood eating lolololo..but im not over 10% bf...

To balance things out I just leave a beard to hide that moonface, seems to work. lol. ;D

exactly..i laugh at these pussies eating egg whites lol. Whole eggs are the most anabolic food known to man. I eat 12  day while bulking. :o
