If you have good genes the drugs will not hurt you. In all honesty, the one killer is the dehydration and there are ways to mitigate the risks.

I know Jones went to college, but didn't he get into real estate or something? Or was he a finance major?

Very good physique!!! Actually rich was the one who got me into bbing at the time, 2004 I believe. The good ole days lol!

IMO, better genetics and structure than Phil Heath. Who knows what would have happened. Also really cool guy as well, don't know if he is still over at gold's in Long Beach.

i think he should have been rewarded for not juicing his eyeballs out. nowadays people want to see blown up marsmellow muscles like phil heath. its quite sad

The only flaw i see is that in some poses, his triceps seemed lacking...but overall balance is outstanding...what real bbing is about.

Did richard compete after finishing last at the olympia?In that show He was down in size especially in the legs compared to the other competitors.
