Yet in the few articles I've read from him, all he does is preach how much smarter he is training now than in years past. Especially now that he's torn a muscle (at the time the article I'm thinking of was written, it was only the one tear in his triceps) or two. He said he used to tell Johnnie Jackson that he should be training smarter, not heavier.
