I went with Antoine to Atlast last week to film his arm workout ( Hoffman vs Vaillant 11) its actually pretty nice considering the area and all. Quiet, clean. top notch machines...the only knock is the dumbbells stop at 100lbs

He also trains at Atlantis, and Bodyshop, lol... i find myself going to a few different gym also at contest time. it helps keep it fresh

Guy looks fantastic ...but he's got a 100% steroid look to him. He doesn't have the natural base. I've been seeing him come up from a teen up until now over the years and seems like he sort of blew up the past few years. Up the dosage!

I think you're completely wrong, man. I've seen the progress pics. He's no Phil Heath.

I remember when he used to post on bb.com and I thought he'd stay natural and never amount to shit like so many first time competitors. Saw a few more contest pics and realixed he was dedicated. Then I saw the pics when he started gassing and realixed he was legit.

Mad respect to him. I was completely wrong. Kid can do fucking backflips, splits, etc. He still has a functional body unless so many other bloofy fucks that can't wipe their asses or inject their own steroids anymore. Vaillant is one of the sickest fuckers of this era. Totally unlike the bloofy hormona and insulina abusers that don't pay their dues.
