Branch is the harfest working bber out there now that Ronnie Coleman is gone...

Check out this fucking video, dayum! At least now we know how he got in such crazy shape. Busting his ass!

His rhythm on front presses is scary-sitting back with 315 and repping out what 19 reps? Then hitting the bar back PERFECTLY in rhythm like that is just insanely hard to do. I doubt anyone who hasn't been training a LONG time would have a clue. But it is pretty damn amazing. Then he hits a drop set after. Crazy! Dude gets mad respect from me.

Im thinking Branch probably sees himself as the MAN, Heavy, and hunts shit with knifes and is super strong.

There is no fucking way any 155 pounder takes a chance with someone like Branch. It's funny how you talk about Branch's ego, when fighters are among the worst in the ego department in all of sports. Yes, someone can have a bigger ego than a hockey player, and that is a fighter.

Fighters probably have the least egos of any athletes.. And from personal experience though its not alot I agree, When poeple Know they can kick most peoples asses they dont have to Prove anything ......they know. And thats leads to being secure in yourself. Ofc there has to be some assholes out there though.

And branch would get killed, the question is how would he handle it

The thing is a ufc fighter doesnt think he can beat Federer in Tennis, But I beat Branch thinks he can beat a 155 pounder in fighting.
