Apparently. Being obese is their right and heaven forbid you try to teach healthy habits. I don't see anywhere where this is forced on anyone. Eating is essential to life, without it you die. Some people need guidance, some don't. Those that don't, don't listen. This whole nanny state nonsense comes up anytime the government has a good idea and tries to nudge people in the right direction. No force, just say 'hey, you may want to cut calories and exercise if you would like to live a little longer'. Apparently it's only okay for corporations to try to nudge us into decisions.
