I don't compete with any "personal trainer". As far as the jet coach, he was an idiot plain an simple, it still doesn't take away from his ability or quaifications to be a good S&C coach. This is the problem, you lunp PT and S&C coaches together. Its kinda like this and I've said this before, a good S&C coach can train anyone, a PT is limited because that's what their trained, nothing more nothing less.

No, I don't have none of the BIG american PT certifications. And I don't need them. Are you kidding me? I'm living in bodybuilding and fitness for 12 years now 24/7. Who gonna teach me anything to get those certifications???

I just do what comes naturally and it has worked well so far. Did not need any $1000 strength and conditioning camp to get where I am.
