I give you alot of credit steve for coming here to take the BS given out here I myself have grown to deal with it....

Also very few pros take anytime to come talk to others unless they are under contract as in flex or MD.

Well to be honest you are a bodybuilder right? not a powerlifter......Most people in reality want HONEST answer about the diet and more so the drugs today......Everyone wants the honest part on steroid use but nobody has ever came forward to say this is what it took for me to get there
