chest like arm involove alot of genetic,,some fellas have amazing chest and they never even touch free weigh,,ofcourse heavy lifting is alwys importento with chest but do it right! usualy smith machine will develop you the best chest if geneticaly strong part simply because of strict movement and only concentration on chest,,ofcourse you need to lift heavy still on smith so insted of your 2-3 plates each side on free bar...you put 3-3.5 plates each sideon the smith to make it equal,,hammer incline also VERY VERY IMPORTENTO,,dumbel flys a must nothing can replace but also should be mix with fly machine,,lower chest work is overratied and not nesasery ,,maybe once in a blue moon

fella with very good chest and it mean not only when pump but any time good chest full thick and wide...will usualy have weaker arms as in look weaker,,if you have both you can go far,,fellas with better arms genetically usualy have weak chest,,again take look of arnold he had strong both and you know the rest

i would only add testosterona in mega dosa as in 1-3 gram if VERY LEAN that mean 6% ,,,not 8-10% but true 6% with lines showing clear and pretty hard and dry,,then i would add it like what you say,,if not very lean and hold much water on you then no because it will get you bloofed puffed ,,it will push the muscle from within and you will seem puffed/hard combo with muscle blow up from within the skin and abdominal push from within skin ..... but still if not real lean it will create a problem in over all definition and CONDITION needed at this stage,,its not worth the 2-3 lb that you will look larger at this stage,,offseasonis diff story because in the offseason it can create the sculpted wide as fuck illusion with the tight waist yet blurred blurred definition but offseason is whee you want to grow so its ok

GH15 what causes the abdominal distension that all the pros have now?  Is it intra-abdominal fat or something else.  Also when you talk about bodyfat percentages are you just talking about calipered, or are you including IAF?

I started to follow GH's chest training advice about 2 years ago, and it has worked great.  Typical for me is:

Incline Dumbbell press or Incline Smith Machine Press
Incline Hammer Strength Press
Incline Dumbbell Fly
Fly Machine

3-4 sets of each with a minute rest in between, and you're all set

I started to follow GH's chest training advice about 2 years ago, and it has worked great.  Typical for me is:

Incline Dumbbell press or Incline Smith Machine Press
Incline Hammer Strength Press
Incline Dumbbell Fly
Fly Machine

3-4 sets of each with a minute rest in between, and you're all set

a crazy upper pec movement- use the flat bench keep the bar over your neck. dont lower the bar all the
down so your shoulders a dont take over and focus on using your upper pecs to push the weight.

high doses of insulin,,high doses of gh  ,,combing both = distended gut,,the profesional is not any diff than you fella he is just ABUSER OF

GH
INSULIN
TRENBOLONA
TESTOSTERONA


those 4 above is used in abusive doses in top amatuer and profesional level,,and when mean abusive levels i mean many many mg and grams of the products on a daily usage every day for MONTHS OVER MONTHS,,

i keep geting ask about past competitor and trenbolona usage,,

the answer to allllllllllllll pms is as folow

the fact a muscle is full and round liek sean ray doesnt mean you dont use trenbolona,,,the fact you are 200lb doesnt mean you dont use trenbolona,, EVERY ONE USE TRENBOLONA IT IS MUST ,,

the only diff now day is higher doses of gh and huge doses of insulin,,

back in 90s 80s everybody was using trenbolona ,,90s is THE ERA OF TRENBOLONA PHYSIQES,,from the murderer to sean ray and inbetween ALL ABUSED THE FLYING DAY LIGHT OUT OF IT no matter what they say

no trenbolona = less 3 dimentional look....was sean ray 3 dimentional enough? good rest my case
