why is that you can have numerous individuals using the same product and brand without any problems at all and then you get one person who gets an infection, is it a personal hygeine issue?

It could be caused by something as simple as a improper injection, it could be something as simple as a little dust getting on the needle right before injection. In short, it's impossible to say with certainty.

UG, re-sterilize your gear systematically; alcohol wipe, poke a needle in, remove plunger (to avoid pressure buildup), oven cook at 225 for 15mins or so...

always put vial in hot water 3-4 mins before inj

always pull with one needle then swap with a fresh one before injecting...

don't breath in the needle direction.

Don't use water based unless absolutely necessary.

Also infections can be caused by dirty ass gear contaminated with bacteria.

ya that's my biggest fear, says he did everything else right but who knows.
