Wonder which fuckwit is going to sue facebook for being responsible for this:

Actually, Facebook didnt do the stabbing. It was the 'steak knife'. We need to go sue the makers of the steak knife for making a weapon in which caused the actual damage. Then we need to sue the apartment building where they lived at because if they weren't there at the apartment, this wouldnt have happened. Then we need to sue Pampers because that is allegedly what the money was supposed to be used for.

The only person responsible for this is this mentally unstable 'lifelong' friend who doesnt give a shit about her or her kid.

Actually, shit like this goes on all the time on Facebook...doesn't matter who.
Many people try and get restraining orders over shit that was said over Facebook...from allegedly stealing to actual fights...

and remember you have people here beefing and want to meet up for fights who aren't black

Sad Story, and yes...society in this Country has become so Irrational and just plain "stupid." Rationality and logistics usually become non-prevalent in times of hardships... but damn, i still can't fathom the idea of not analyzing the consequences between $20 and killing another person....
lemme digress, n pinpoint the 'suing' situation (although, there is clearly no case here to begin with) clicking "approve" to facebooks licensures and agreements when signing up, im pretty sure, will disregard any lawsuits towards the institution.... But wtf man... I know this "country" was built on fairness and jurisdiction... but this "suing and lawsuit" shiit has to STOP.... this country need to re-evaluate the system....

Exactly and the person that stabbed her is only going to be charged with involuntary manslaughter if eventhat. The other woman who got killed came to her house and argued with her. She can easily raise a self-defense argument.

Ron you are missing the point,

The steak knife was only the end to the mean, what happened before the feud via facebook is what could get them sued (not that I want that in any way or form, I want the Interent to stay a lawless a possible).
Unfortunately the owner and admins of web pages are responsible for their content.

You don't have that vid of the Baltimore Inner Harbor Police officer who took that kids skateboard, and said 'My name is not 'Dude'!!"

There is also a video where same officer smashed this kids RC car (which was underneath a box---making the box move as a joke)

That officer was funny as hell.

That officer was funny as hell.

I've seen both -- the baltimore cop was obviously disrespected by everybody including his wife for a long time.... - he acted like that, "FINALLY I can let loose of my rage".
Actualy I am happy he hit a couple of skaterkids a few years longer on the job and he would have started killing and rapemutilating prostitutes.

I have a even a better one, a cop that stops beside some skater kids tells them that they really cannot skate there and they tell him, yeah no problem we're
gone in a few minutes, he gets out of the car and asks them if he can have a go, so he tries a couple of olies and nearly falls (predicatble) shakes hands with
the guys and off he goes...

not all cops are assholes,, most are fucking awesome.

How about if 2 people go to a bar, say some bad shit and get stabbed outside afterwards? Is the bar responsible for allowing their patrons to hold a conversation?

If someone writes a letter that causes a murder - do we sue the company that makes the pen & paper? Of course not.
