on the page is ... uh borderline legal, I have been reading and reading about how and were I can get sued, trust me you can get sued for content on your webpage, and it
makes no difference if you have a disclaimer or if the content was not written by yourself, if you own the webpage yoiu are responsible for the links and the content of that webpage.

If 2 people meet - whether in real life or on teh interweb - it's their responsiility what happens as long as they are both adults with their (relatively) full facalties. If one of them stabs the other, then the person with the knife is responsible.

Of course - you obviously live in a  country that is not free and hence are subject to the draconian laws you describe. In the free world, we are responsible for our actions.
