Fifty percent of U.S. adults who took part in a Harris Interactive/HealthDay survey consider the "individual mandate" portion in the Affordable Care Act to be unconstitutional. Only 20% of those surveyed think the mandate is constitutional. Most experts say the constitutionality of the mandate will be established through the U.S. Supreme Court, but nearly 40% of adults surveyed said they are concerned the court will be influenced by politics.

The mandate has been ruled as such. Now, the judge in Florida is (for some strange reason) playing nice and giving Obama an extra week to file an appeal. If he does not, the 26 states that filed that suit can deem ObamaCare null and void.
