Not only that, what these guys don't realize is that if they were to attain a body like that of Dorian's, only GAY men would want them anyway. 

Women would find that appalling, because it is a far cry from Hollywood's established norm of musculature.  Dorian's build is not attractive, appealing or even functionally useful.  GAY men would find many uses for it, but the average female would find hideous.
