both are awesome.

I only do fly movements for chest, and 1 pressing movement at the end

if your trying to build a big chest id say ditch both of them and focus on bench press.

big muscle=strong muscle.. if you wanna be big, get strong..  focusing on one exercise increases potential strength gains, and bench press is just about the best way to load the pecs as much as possible.

its possible to get huge by lifting high volume, moderate/low weight, to failure. but only when you got great genetics and you are on loads of gear. and even then once you get big you will be very strong.

so knowing that, that no matter how you get big, you will be strong if you are big, then one interested in getting big should first and foremost get strong. and only then can they expect to get big.

again big big mistake,,many new bodybuilder get strong but dont have the muscle DIAMETER TO GO WITH IT ,,like you!! like many others,,then you have grant that doesnt even touch weights rarely having vlumized muscle from playing around with the 225lb on the bench and goign maybe 315 ,,i say grant because this is what came to my mind it can also be anyother one,,i keep tellin you over and over,,

strenth matters yes BUT! it will get to a stop with gains,, even when you add weight your bones will do the job and tendoins ,,you will get injured,,

look in phil heath he train like pussy and very large muscle diameter on no foundation because strength and him dont go hand in hand,,do you get what i say?

the ONLY WAY TO GET VERY BIG ,,IS TO FIRST GET LEAN ,,all pupils should now leave everything stop watching tv or internet videos and pay close attention

THE ONLY WAY TO GET LARGE AS IN VERY BIG MUSCULES AND MUSCLE MASS OVER ALL IS TO FIRST AND FORMOS GET LEANNNNNNNNNN,,ONLY THEN WHEN YOU GET DOWN TO MID SINGLES 200LB....ONLY THEN WHEN YOU ACTUALY SEE YOU ARE 190 LB WITH OUT THE WATER WHEN YOU STAND 6% ,,,ONLY THEN!! YOU CAN START GROWING AGAIN INTO NEW DIMENTIONS,,ONLY THEN YOU CAN START BUILDING QUALITY BECAUSE THERE WILL BE NO FAT TO ABSORB ANYTHING,,IT WIL ALL GO TO MUSCLE FROM WITHIN THE MUSCLE ,,,SOOOOOOOOO THIS IS WHY COMPETITORS LIKE BRANCH WAREN WHICH WAS TINY TIT GOT TO BE VERY BIG,,,SAME FOR THE REST,,SAME FOR PHILIP HEATH ,,,

YOU FIRST GET LEANNNNNNN NO MATTER EVEN IF YOU RE 186... YOU FIRST GET LEAN ON HORMONES,,THEN WHEN YOU ARE LEAN AND SOMEWHAT BIG BUT NOT HUGE....ONLY THEN YOU START BUKLDING THE HUGE ASPECT AND MUTATION CAN OCCURE,,

WHEN YOU ARE 190 6% AND LOOK 6% THEN YOU CAN START UTILIZING ALL THE ANADROL DIANABOL SUSPENSIONS AND GROW AND BLOW UP FROM WITHIN ,,ONLY THEN! YOU CAN USE 2 GRAM TESTOSTERONA ENANTAT AND GROW FROM WITHIN ,,,THIS WILL TAKE THE LEAN SCULPTED PHYSOQE YOU GAINED FROM TRENBOLONA AND TESTOSTERONA AND MASTERONA AND GH .....INTO NEW LEVEL 220LB PHYSIQE THAT WILL BE BLOWING UP FROM WITHIN BY LARG DOSES OF TESTOSTERONA LONG ESTER.... ALONG WITH HIGHDOSES OF GH AND THEN FINALY INSULIN TO GET IT REALLY OVER 220 IN THE SINGLES....

SO THERE IS RULES INORDER TO GROW,,THEY REALLY DONT INVOLOVE HOW MUCH YOU BENCH PRESS,,OFCOURSE IT GOOD TO LIFT HEAVY BUT ALWAYS ALWAYS YOU THINK ABOUT YOUR BODY IN ASPECT OF WHAT WILL MAKE ME GROW BETTER,,AND THE ANSWER IS ALWAYS STRESSING THE MUSCLE WITH JUST ENOUGH WEIGHT AND SATURATE IT WITH THE RIGHT HORMONES DOSES AND TIMING ,,AND ALL THAT ONLY! WHEN I LEAN ENOUGH FOR MUTATION TO OCCURE

yo gh15

you know your shit pretty good

but guess what? every BIG bodybuilder can lift BIG weights. maybe they dont do it every workout. maybe they never do it. but when they want, when it comes time to film a dvd, they lift BIG.

if your big, your strong.

and theres no getting around that.

so if your not big, youve been trying to get big, youve been using roids and working your ass off but your not strong, then first and foremost you should focus on getting to the point wher eyou can lift BIG weights. cuz if ya cant, then ya aint big, and thats all there is to it.

omg another idiotic post from gh15.

get lean to grow eh?

err, whatever dude. its scientific FACT that muscles grow when there is an abundance of nutrients- fat included. thats why strong guys are large, and many over weight.

that isnt a coincidence.

you should preach your ideas to the world strongest man contestants.

its also fact that hypertrophy- i.e. enlargement of cells is due more to load than any other variable. Its true that it does occur also due to volume, but that response is pretty much restricted to the drug users as its a far less direct adaptation for the body to go through.

he says to get lean so that you end up with a quality physique, not that it's the ONLY way to grow.
