the other day i got 1-1.5 reps with two 40 pound dumbells strapped to me=80 pounds for one under hand full range pullup. it was on a 2x8 board so grip wasnt as comfortable
i was at a bodyweight of 295 with clothes on so it will be a few weeks or months for i get a total of 400 pounds of strength
im pretty sure jay has trouble with just his own bodyweight getting one non assisted pullup?
