I just read that the Tsunamis might grow several 100 miles long, here in Japan they have gone several miles inland....

They won't go 30 miles though i think.

for some reason I woke up at 1am. Couldn't fall back asleep and turned the tv on and saw it unfold live, needless to say I didn't sleep much since then.

That was me, i was doing shoulder presses with 110lb dumbbells to failure and had to drop them, sorry to have woken you from your afternoon sleep, but hey we neighbor's kind of ;D
