that´s not bad, but he did very quick reps + only 1/2 + 2/3 reps the way up to safe his triceps strength which maybe would be
the weak link when you pressing such weights for high reps.

BODY BUILDING,, you build your body layer by layer into impresivness wether small avberage or large by the means of hormones,,AKA BODY BUILDING ,, you make your body grow the only way it is possible to truely grow and it is via H O R M O N E S ,,yes you can be chnky monkey with 20% and walk 220-230+ naturally,,,yes you can walk around 8% 175-180 naturally,,BUT! walking around over 200lb into the singles digit naturaly if 5'10 or under is ABSOLITLY IMMPOSIBLE NEVER WAS NEVER WILL BE,,mr frank zane would have done it long before you fellas,,so would steveie revves ,,he walked 210lb ....single digit 6'1! that is = 190....single digit so even he was the most natural out of all the hormonized ...look at the numbers!! 210lb 6-7% 6 fuckin 1 inches ,,

190lb 9-10% is where i put natural limit of natural bodybuildrs 5'10 and under

To be fair, Nasser wouldn't be the first pro to use synthol. As he said, most of them do. I imagine Nasser's application of it just got worse towards the end of his career. Regarding Nasser's bench, he did do his reps in perfect strict form while the ones who followed him at the contest had very sloppy form in comparison.

Here is my 225 bench video using loose form, although surprisingly typical compared to others, maybe even above average:

Hey thanks man!! Maybe you are right about Nasser. His excuse was that he was used to bench pressing 400+ and wasn't really used to doing high reps with lower weight. He also did use strict form unlike the others in that particular contest.

How far did Nasser get naturally ... Lot of these guys have been dieting and bulk eating and working out from their teens.. And since that have been on boat loads of drugs
