Healing injury on Cycle

Sup bros?

I went on cycle about 20 weeks ago. Here's how I started:

Weeks 1-6

1000mg cypionate/week
750mg deca/week

6-12

250mg sustanon EOD
250mg cypionate E3D
200mg EQ EOD
75mg tren ace eod

12-18

750mg cyp/week
600mg EQ/week

At week 18 I started:

250 sust/ EOD
250 cyp/ E3D
250 deca EOD
200 EQ E3D
100mg tren EOD

But 3 days in I suffered a minor (I think, haven't started rehab yet 2 weeks post injury) hamstring tear doing heavy squats.

I'm seeking input on what to run in order to heal properly. I dropped the tren 2 weeks ago figuring it was not going to help with a muscle tear healing.

My goal was to blast for 6 weeks, coast for 8, then prep for competition. So yes, my cycle would be nearly a year long with blasts and cruises.

if i were you id drop down to a maintenance dose of test n decca, get your self looked at and get it dealt with,,, i tore mine deadlifting a few year back but got treatment on it soon as i could, youl need some good sports massage to aid healing, you dont want it niggling all the way through your prep and fucking everything up

I'm getting ART massage on it and going to do my own PT since I know exactly what they'll prescribe (torn pec, quad and lat before :(

You believe dropping dose is best while healing? Just looking for thoughts on this because I don't want to stop my prep, I'm making great progress and will look my best ever this year after a 5 year layoff from dieting.

Dropped the tren, and the cyp this week.

250mg sust EOD
250 deca EOD
200 EQ EOD

Trained legs for the first time in 18 days-

Leg extensions 5 sets x 20 reps
Leg curls standing 5 sets x 15 reps
squats lighter 4 working sets x 20 reps
lying leg curls 3 working sets x 15 reps

Pretty tight but no pain, minimal soreness today. Next week will up the weights on squats and try to add in stiff leg deads or lunges.

Not sure anyone cares, but rehabbing is important rather than staying home or golfing.

ive always dropped the dose as my mentality has always been more towards risks v benefits, im not going to be able to train hard in that period might as well give the body a rest, not as tho your going to shrink much

are you feeling it much when training then, took me ages before i had the confidence to attempt anything heavy

Well, I've had to modify my training a lot over the years. Prior to any injury, I was benching 385 x 5-6, leg pressing like 28-30 plates on the sled and stuff like that. I tore my pec and I've literally not once in 9 years even bench pressed with a bar. I do incline bench, but not more than 225 lbs. I do dumbells but not more than 100's x 12+ reps, etc...

So the answer is I never regained the confidence to go truly heavy. I tore my quad (hip) leg pressing and I barely ever leg press more than 10 plates now. I just do them differently, slowly, and do giant sets with extensions, lunges, sissy squats and other intensity techniques.

And I'm bigger than I was then. So go figure. Back then I'd curl 45's for 8 or so, now I do 55's for 10. I got bigger and stronger but I train lighter on many core excercises.

Did several sets of squats w 185lbs x 20 with different foot placement and squat depths yesterday. Then some ancillary quad and ham work. Feels ok, pretty sore today from even light weights though.

ive read alot lately about ghrp6 aiding in healing injuries.. i dont know how legit the peptides that are being sold are tho
