Combating sides

Lookin into a new cycle.I always like to keep the doses on the lower end. My question though is regaring combating sides.
I always get acne pretty bad, bloating, and ive noticed signs of gyno appearing in my last cycle.Ive never done more than 600mg/ week of test, and only ever used dbol and deca with it.This time im going to use test only again. Ive only ever used nolva as PCT and during cycle before but that was 5 years ago i done my last.
I know how things move on so im looking for a bit of advice on controlling sides to some degree. Thanx!

*Use clean testosterone, meaning, use human grade and you'll largely eliminate the possibility of acne. Yes, if you're very sensitive it may still occur but using HG test will greatly improve your odds.

*Use something else besides nolva while on, either arimidex or letrozol. 1mg/eod should take care of you both in terms of gyno and it will help with bloating. If gyno symptoms start to show anyway run a course of letro at 2.5mg/ed for a couple wks and then back down to your normal 1mg/eod. If the gyno still occurs the only thing you can do is have it removed.

*The AI's adex and letro will help with bloat but keeping your carbs at proper levels will do more for you than anything else. You may have to play around with this but there is a cutoff point. You can only make use of so many carbs and when you regularly go beyond that point this is often when you get excess bloat and if you're on cycle this will only enhance it. You'll also find you respond better to certain carb sources over other more efficiently.

OTC Solution:
ATD as in 1,4,6-androstatriene-3,17-dione – 25 mg twice per day.
Maximum recommended dose of dandelion root.
Plenty of water.
Extra potassium, magnesium and antioxidant's.
Acne is a difficult one, never really got it, sun helps as does frequent showers with special shampoos...

"HC" Solution.
0,5-1 mg arimidex eod.
Prescription diuretic.
For acne, antibiotic cream.
Just in case, Animal Pak.  
Good pct.

Do you get any other sides? The ones you listed are not that bad.

Thanx guys massive help. Yeah Luolamies i was severely sweating most nights through cycle also but that i could deal with.Thats all i remember thinking was different, acne being the worst as ive never had it in my life, and im left with sum acne scarring under my chin and on chest area!

Adex is best while on cycle. Aromasin has the potential to drop estro levels too low.

when it comes to managing estrogen levels everyone is different and to know for sure you go get an E2 blood test

and how exacly do u know that aromasin will make his estrogen drop lower ?

what if he uses an arimidex dose of 2mg and an aromasin of 12.5 example

Wow fuck well what if he doesn't even use steroids or the aliens come down and remove all his estrogen. Are you serious. I am speaking dose for dose. 1mg adex is the equivalent dose of 25mg aromasin. Read the fact sheets on how much estrogen is removed by each drug and you will better educate yourself in this department. I am speaking standard dosing protocols here not your mind twisting scenarios. Get real. I can see your a true know it all get bigger that will argue any point you can unsuccessfully. Adex is the best anti estro while on cycle PERIOD. and how exacly do u know that aromasin will make his estrogen drop lower ? because that is what the drug is designed to do:)

For estrogen control proviron is inferior to nolvadex. Proviron is a good addition to cycles, but it only dries you out a little. It has anti estrogen properties that may work well for someone who is not gyno prone. If you are gyno prone you will def need an AI and possibly a SERM as well.

Id say i am gyno prone, well from what ive felt and can see from my last cycle.Its not that bad, no one else notices it.But i can and i want to control it before it gets worse this time.I never used anything through my cycle before even though i had nolva on hand.
What AI and serm would you suggest?

Arimidex 1mg eod, adjust from there.

^ That pretty much sums it up. I agree that if estrogen is only a small issue then proviron will give + to the cycle, however if you have real gyno, nolvadex is better. As far as strenght goes nolva sure doesn't help, but proviron can help boost a little bit, normally this also isn't an issue since most are on ton of anabolics.

So my cycle is guna be 500mg test cyp per week.Im unsure wether to run an oral for 4 weeks to iickstart.I dont want to put on loads of water weight.Just reall wanting to gain a bit of strength and stay lean.Any other input to this?
