I'm not a competitor or PT or nutritionist and have only done one figure show, but I'd say you have a good foundation for bikini.
Like you said in another post more prep needs to be done for comp. but there are people here that can help you out!
Also, reading Oxygen Magazine can be a huge help/motivator.
