lift
cardio and lifting dont mix. unless its moderate/low intensity intensity leg-based cardio (walking, eleptical, ridng a bike, jogging, treeadmill, stair mill) and an upper body workout. then your ok. i wouldnt do cardio before or after a leg workout.
If you only have time to go to the gym once a day and you are doing both cardio and lifting, which should you do first?
But then again, you don't have big legs so WTF if your opinion worth.
bigger than most
a. nopeb. ptps
You shouldn't be doing both in the same day.Training should be divided into the following:Lift days NON-lift days (anaerobic, aerobic)
Thank you all for the answers. I have decided to try and split them up into separate days alternating between cardio days and lifting days. For the times I have to do both, I will definately lift first. My goal is to lose weight and gain some muscle. I am 43 years old so I no longer care about getting huge, but I would like to put on some muscle and get stronger.
As long as you stay under 30 miles per week, your test levels shouldn't drop.
