first example if very important since is the amatuer level of bodybuild and fitness fanatic,,this is what water film mean,,
while the local guro will look at the fella on the left that is more defined and put him at 12% in reality he is already in 8-10% only water cover in his own specific genetic type of covering,,this is HIS specific case others may have the mid line more blured or not clear and the side obliqed show more and more right but over all this is what water film mean,, the fella next to him that is less defined over all is where fat get into the picture,,so yes both have fat since none of them is 5-6% but the more defined fella has only 3-4% bodyfat on him from stage in actuallity and water film ,,while the other fella has both fat and water at the same ratio aka more than 3-4% bodtfat to lose and same exact water film if not more...
in reality both those fellas would get doubled digit if asked by any one of the gurus in local gym,,the more defined fella would get 12-15% thrown at him while is is int he singles already....and the less defined fella would get even 20% thrown at him which he is not he is 15%
