You are absolutely right mesmorph78,the guy who owned the gym i used to train at is called Glenn Barrett,he was about 6 foot tall and weighed 300lbs,he benched 6 plates and had what i would call a powerlifters physique.Then he decided to diet down and enter a bodybuilding contest (in 1996),just a local show and in the first timers class.He dropped down to 250lbs for his first ever show and while he was pumping up backstage Gary Lister walked in and almost shit himself when he saw Glenn.Gary was competing in a class that gave out prize money,and was a week after he won the Universe,Glenn was entering his first ever show.He was being touted as winning the Britain and the Universe the following year,but the dieting put him off competing again,but Glen and Wayne Buck are the strongest guys i have ever seen and i doubt anyone on here as heard of either of them.

That guy Sounds impressive.... I know of Gary lister he's huge as well

Exactly, pound for pound nothing special.

Also horrible overall "balance" with such weak in other lifts.
