A shot of Phil Heath guest posing this past Saturday at the NPC UTAH. 1,700+ people attended the night show and the crowd was great. Lonnie "The Swami" Teper emceed the night show and promoter Steve Schmall did a great job with the event.

he should atleast grow a beard or some hair , looks so weird with no eyebrows and no facial hair or anything what is he thinking? maybe to try to appear wider?

because of the narrowness he's some kind of shawn/flex hybrid, but has an advantange over the other guys, given he has full access to jay's chemical list. i dont think there is a recent #2 or 3 guy who has had his type of access to a current mr o, given jay wants him to win vs anyone else. do you know of another mr o who gives his boy excess 5-6k guest posing jobs?

kia - given phil placed ahead of kia last yr, they will not let kia place ahead of phil again at the O

personally i think phil has surpassed kai, dont see him beating phil on the O stage again. and kai showed this past O he cant carry the size on his 5'8" frame. phil is a long 5'9", could still added 10 lbs and get away with it.

Agree, but not sure about Kai tho...
in several weeks we will get clear picture...

If Evan could catchup to him, he than could take the O without a doubt.

Yeah but at least Evan has built a ton of real muscle over his career and doesn't look like Inflator the cartoon character like Heath. Mark my words Evan will still be big even when he gets old, while Heath won't hold a single pound of what he's got..

Why the fuck would he...did you see him when he first started competing? Dude has a good "baseline" that he built off of...Evan was a fat kid, Phil was a college basketball player, that even into his 3 yr as Pro bber he could dunk a ball...

You or I don't know what Evan or Phil will do in the future. Flex had said repeatey thar once he retired he would never train again, and Shawn Ray was pissed. And look at both of them now, Flex is the one that works out, and Shawn is the one has gotten fat.

Ton of real muscle my eye, dude hasn't even competed that much...they all are blown up on the same shit.
