Going to Beijing; what Chinese food will spare muscle ??

I'm really trying to find high protein dishes over there. I assembled a menu.
Any suggestions?

Where in China are you going?  I spent over 2 weeks there in three different cities.


Just a note, Chinese food in China, is very different than Chinese food in the US or Europe.....  They don't have no Kung Pao Chicken brotha!!!

Sum dum chick for $4.99 and sum yung chick for $6.99 sound like good deals to me. I'd have 1 of each every night as the final meal of the day.
