Grunting is OK,
BUT Please Put The Weights Down Gently!
I never see Arnold or Lee Haney,Rich Gaspari,Bertil Fox......drop the weights.
Nowaday a lot of pros always slam the weights in their videos.
Very bad demostrations!

Only when I do decline DB presses, since I prefer to train alone. It's no big deal, since both the DB's as the floor have rubber. Yes, it's a save gym to train
