Looks like his arms got better also. The lighting is better in the second as well as his tan color. His left forearm looks bigger than his biceps when extended that far in that pose. IMO those are the kind of gains one gets when putting real work in the gym. Not just upping the dose.

I believe he was training with Dorian a while back. Not sure. If I was gOnna hire a guru to teach me drugs, training and dieting doz would be the one. You know your not gonna get a whole bunch of bs brosience mumbo jumbo, you're gonna get no-shit real world championship winning experience.

Years ago on UG board someone from England posted Dorian's supposed offseason cycle and said he used to help out with what he did before he made it big. It was actually similar to what Ian Harrison posted when he wrote a few articles for Trevor Smith. I would never post it because no-one would believe it. It was enough but nothing like what most people think.

Dorian's approach to training helped him a lot while everyone else overtrained and overdrugged. But hey it's all drugs
