 Flex overdid it with the synthol.

 Even in his prime, his arms had the synthol look. A little too big for the rest of his body, soft looking, lacking detail, looking a litle bit too unreal and unatural.

 But nowadays it seems like just about every bodybuilder is doing that.

Once he had that car accident, it effed his head up...once he lost to Ronnie, he knew he couldn't beat him in the size dept, so he went for "artificial size". Personally, i would like to see what Flex Wheeler would look like if he busted his ass in the gym. It would have been the shit if Flex and Ronnie trained together. Wonder what would happen if Kai and Jay trained together.

If Arnold were to compete against Flex, using the drugs of the day, he would lose to Flex...hands down, he would look like Gunter.

When you break Flex down bodypart for bodypart, he falls apart...but, when you look at him in totality, he as Matarazzo had said "hand painted by God",
take a look at that shot, you will not be able to find a Arnold pic that could be that close to "perfection" (don't like that word).

When did flex put synthol in his arms... I can believe he did in the delts but can't really see it in his arms

I like the overly big arms and delts look.

Even before I realised that they were my 2 strongest bodyparts I thought it looked awesomely cartoonish.

Probably why Flex and Levrone are 2 of my favourite bodybuilders.
