He just watched his fight with Cain for the 1st time a week ago, yet he's been changing a bunch of stuff in his training.... ::)  He also says he doesn't know how he lost but that he learned a lot ::)  JDS will lay this go out flat if he doesn't get into a real gym and go through a real training camp.
