Guys remember the condition/affliction "palumboism" was named after this man...For good reason...

When a patient acquires Palumboism his bodybuilding days are numbers..The patients stomach continues to grow exponentially, Limbs stop responding to stimuli and atrophy..At this point the patient will have to rely on site injections and synthol. Many times patient is best off just quiting bodybuilding, and discounting GH and insulin, so there organs and head can stop growing...

If Dave Palumbo ever hits like 20% body-fat, hell look like a pregnant women...

This is a prime example of a person who really doesn't have genetics and participated in bodybuilding. BUT just because he has a horrible physique doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't know bodybuilding chemistry. Dan Duchaine always said he had bad bodybuilding genetics and he was very cutting edge with drugs.
